Kiara is hands down amazing!! I originally found her shop on Etsy while searching for an engagement ring for my now fiancé. And I fell completely in love with the vintage snowflake ring she made. I ended up custom ordering one and adding an engraving on it and it arrived in such amazing condition and packaging. It was even more beautiful in person than the photos. Fast forward a little over a month after I proposed and we had an issue arise where somehow one of the stones on the band came off. My fiancé said she felt it get caught on a blanket or something. But it did loose a stone. I contacted Kiara the next day and sent her photos and video of the ring with the missing stone and she didn’t even hesitate to apologize and send me a couple replacement stones. What blew my fiancé and I away was how fast shipping was to get from Singapore to Florida but also that Kiara went above and beyond to not only give us a promised two stones in case it happened again but she surprised us with 5. We’re heading over heels happy with her service and the product she delivers. Her craftsmanship is beyond beautiful. So much care and intricacy goes into her pieces. My fiancé loves her ring and never takes it off and that alone make all the stress of planning and hoping the proposal goes well all worth it. It’s all in God’s plan. Thank you Kiara.
