All our rings are handmade to order (I make, model and mold to create the jewelry!) Every piece is carefully crafted and executed to perfection. Please allow 3-4 weeks production time. Custom jewelry pieces usually takes about 4-6 weeks, depending on the piece. Nonetheless, I will try my best to get your order out as quickly as I can.

Solid Gold Solid gold is a precious metal that will not oxidize or discolor since it is the least reactive metal. Solid gold jewelry rarely needs cleaning and can withstand showering and working out while wearing them. However, even if it is not high maintenance like other metals, you still need to handle your gold jewelry properly. To maintain its beautiful luster, about once a month clean your gold jewelry with mild detergent and lukewarm water, using a toothbrush or our gold polishing cloth. Gold Vermeil Gold vermeil is silver jewelry with a thick gold coating that is least 2.5 microns thick. We use 14k gold that is 3 microns thick layered over sterling silver. To extend the life of your vermeil jewelry, avoid wearing when showering, applying lotion, using harsh cleaning supplies or during intense working out. Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth or our jewelry cloth and gently rub the surface in a circular motion to clean. Proper Storage for All Jewelry It is best to store each piece of gold jewelry in an individual plastic bag or cloth pouch, or keep them in a fabric-lined jewelry box with separate compartments (you can use silica gel packets to help absorb moisture from the air). This will prevent your pieces from getting scratched or tangled and will reduce the potentially harmful exposure to outside elements.

We require payment in full before production can begin and before jewelry can be shipped. We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal. We do not accept wire transfers nor personal checks.

If you need to cancel your open order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Email: info@kisekikiara.com. Cancellation requests must be requested within 48 hours of order placement. Our jewelers begin the sizing and polishing process as soon as your order is placed, so any cancellation requests after 48 hours will incur a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor required to resize and polish the piece that is made.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns and refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Since our designs are crafted by hand, all returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor required to resize and polish the returned piece. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: All customized or engraved jewelry is final sale. We will not accept returns on any customized or engraved piece. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned for a refund. Earrings or body piercing jewelry are strictly not allowed for return or exchange regardless of any reason due to hygiene purposes. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Additional Information To return your product, please contact us at info@kisekikiara.com or chat with us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid for by Kiseiki Kiara will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
